Six Degrees of David Mack
So today, Harris and I skipped town to Nas Vegas to see Akira Kurosawa's Dreams. Aside from being even more motivation than Rare Bit Fiends to do something with my own, it was an excellent film and well worth it, even if we did miss Belcourt Drive nearly twice.

Afterwards we headed to the Great Escape, a comic book (& misc) shop in Nashville. I had planned to hunt for a certain book, but after not finding it I happily snatched up the next Corpse Delivery Service and a David Mack art/process book. At the counter, the clerk made small talk by commending me on my DM choice, and asked if I knew "Kat." Apparently "Kat" has a sister who is mildly famous in her own right and also dates David Mack. So I'm now four physical degrees of seperation from David Mack: I talked to a clerk who has a coworker whose sister dates David Mack. Er, it's only one degree if you count le entarwebs, but hey! Who's counting, right? Right?
